The Sultanate today affirmed that it stands alongside the Bahraini government with regard to the measures that the latter has undertaken in order to protect its security and stability, following the arrest of a terrorist cell that was planning to commit criminal acts.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement pertaining to the matter, which stressed that in light of the announcement made by Bahraini authorities that it had arrested members of a terrorist cell that had been planning to carry out criminal acts, the Sultanate affirms its full support of the Kingdom.
