His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Nasser Al Zaabi, Chief Executive Officer of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, has revealed that an official announcement regarding the opening of the new Muscat International Airport will be made in the coming days.
“The indicators that Muscat Airport will be able to operate soon are very positive, God willing,” he said.
Al Zaabi also said in a statement to Oman TV that the passenger terminal at Duqm Airport will open in the coming months. He explained that the third phase of the passenger terminal, the observation tower and the remaining facilities would be implemented this year.
