Oman Drydock Company (ODC) has announced the appointment of Said Hamoud Al Ma’awali as Chief Executive Officer to replace Stephan Aumann, who was appointed last year by ASYAD (Formerly Oman Global Logistics Group).
Prior to joining ODC, Al Ma’awali was General Manager of Oman Tank Terminal Company, a subsidiary of Oman Oil Company, the investment arm of the Sultanate in the oil and gas sector. He has 21 years of experience in construction, asset management, manufacturing processes, supply chain, cost control and business development, mergers and acquisitions.
Al Ma’awali has held important positions at PDO, Occidental Oman, Sohar Aluminium Company and OOC.
