The Royal Air Force of Oman has carried out two medical evacuations from Masirah in South Al Sharqiyah.
The first operation took place last night, in which an individual was transported to Khawla Hospital in Muscat.
The second medical evacuation occured after another individual suffered a severe heart attack and was transferred to the Royal Hospital for treatment.
Such operations come within the framework of the services provided by the Ministry of Defence and the Sultan’s Armed Forces, in addition to other governmental institutions, for citizens and residents alike.
