The ROP has alerted motorists on the road between Nizwa and Muscat that a collision between six vehicles has taken place.
The ROP explained that the accident took place on the highway in the Jafneen area in the direction heading towards Muscat.
According to the official ROP Twitter account, there is heavy traffic congestion as a result.
