Muscat Municipality in Seeb has confirmed that it is set to implement a judicial ruling against owners of houses in residential neighbourhoods that house single male residents, unless prior permission has been obtained from the Municipality.
The Municipality has called on violators to ensure that single male residents leave the houses within a period not exceeding three days.
