Siham Ahmed Al Harthy, Director General of Real Estate Development at the Ministry of Housing, has said that the ministry is considering adopting regulatory procedures for real estate development projects, in order to create an encouraging investment environment that guarantees investors’ rights.
Al Harthy pointed out that the promotion of real estate development projects is subject to the registration of these projects at the General Directorate for Real Estate Development, in accordance with specific requirements.
This comes following demand from a number of real estate developers who were consulted.
