The Coast Guard in Musandam has successfully seized a boat off the coast of Khasab with four Asian nationals on board who were attempting to smuggle 12,000 litres of diesel into the Sultanate.
Two of the suspects were found to be using drugs.
The boat was towed to Khasab Port before the suspects were handed over to the authorities for legal action to be taken.
