Muscat Municipality has confirmed that in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police (ROP), it raided two houses in Mutrah.
According to the official Municipality Twitter account, expatriate workers were found to be working from the houses as tailors, without the necessary licensing.
The municipality went on to say that legal proceedings were taken against them.
